To combat rising crime and terrorist activities in Japan, the Japanese National Police Agency authorizes the formation of a secret motorcycle unit known as the Wild 7. The motley group consists of reformed convicts – ranging from simple thugs to former Yakuza members. The Wild 7 are tasked to take out criminals the police cannot touch – due to the criminal’s connections with politicians and wily lawyers.
A set of twins — one a hard-working student and the other a drifter — team up with a dropout to unlock the secrets of the universe and to build one of their own.
One evening, Princess Sakura (Kyoko Hinami) is attacked by a man. At that time, the Princess could not see his face. and only sees a tattoo on his body. Because of that that night, Princess Sakura falls in love with the man. In order to find the man she gives up everything and gets the same identical tattoo. The princess then works as a prostitute. Meanwhile Gonsuke (Munetaka Aoki) is the man who attacked Princess Sakura. He also stole a scroll and, because of that, he is chased by assassins.
Set in the late 21st century, an MRI scanner is introduced at the National Research Institute of Police Science’s 9th Forensics Laboratory. The machine is able to scan the memories from even the deceased. As ethical questions arise over the machine’s use, the 9th Forensics Laboratory members, including rookie Ikko Aoki and Chief Tsuyoshi Maki, struggle to solve cases.
